AAGHSC Local Partnerships

AAGHSC’s work is strengthened through meaningful partnerships with organizations that share our commitment to preserving history, expanding access to records, and supporting community education.

Our local partnerships connect genealogy with local history, archives, preservation efforts, and cultural memory. Through collaboration with historical societies, research institutions, libraries, and community organizations, we help ensure that African American history is not only remembered, but actively protected and shared.

These relationships expand opportunities for research, education, outreach, and public engagement—creating stronger pathways for individuals and families to discover their roots and preserve their legacy.

At AAGHSC, partnership is part of preservation.
